Each print is meticulously produced using premium materials and craftsmanship to provide you with a lasting work of art. However, due to the delicate nature of fine art prints and the risk of damage once opened and moved, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for archival prints.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering archival prints that meet the highest standards of quality. Prior to shipment, each print is carefully inspected. If, however, you receive a print that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders, including personalized prints and custom sizes, are non-returnable as they are tailored to your specific preferences.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged during shipment, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged print itself and complete the form below. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Information provided on the form will be used solely for the purpose of processing the request.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order for an archival print, please contact us as soon as possible. If the print is not on back order, cancellations can only be made before the print has been shipped. If the print is on back order, cancellations can only be accommodated before the order for the print is sent to our printing vendor. Once the printing process has begun, orders cannot be canceled. Information provided on the following form will be used solely for the purpose of processing the request.
