Standard shipping
Our standard shipping option is chosen to keep shipping costs reasonable for our valued customers. Please note that while we strive to get your order to you as promptly as possible, the exact delivery time for standard shipping can vary depending on several factors, including your location and current shipping conditions.
Tracking your order
For your peace of mind, we offer order tracking for all shipments. Once your order is processed and on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
Back orders
If you place an order when an item is on back order, you must add the time it takes for our printer vendor to print and ship the prints to us. Turnaround times can vary depending on our vendor’s order volume. Standard turnaround time is 2-4 days for prints to be shipped, not including the time it takes for us to receive the print to sign and add the certificate of authenticity.
Additionally, the holiday season during November and December months can also increase shipping times for back orders.
